I want to share my experience so here it is.I visit oppo care 2 month ago. My mobile camera lens is damage. So I visit their with my friend just to inquiry. I show them my handset but due to some reason I dnt have time so I didn't repair my handset. I came back but in between a days they called me ask if I am available to repair my handset. They are very kind they asked me and care about my issue. But 1 fine day I get time to visit their and gave my handset they repaired my handset within 30min and they gave it to me. I must appreciate their work every single person is very good at their work. My experience is very very very awesome. Thank you for you kind service and make us happy ☺️

Hi.. I have purchased oppo phone my friend recommended me about this new model reno10 pro. Before some day ago my handset display damage. So I visit oppo care and they welcomed us very politely and respectfully. I told them the issue about my handset how it damage nd were it damage n all... They checked and then they ask me about insurance firstly I didn't understand what they said but they inform us about insurance then I called to shop from where I purchased handset they checked and they told that yes I did insurance of handset. I am very impressed that they ask me about insurance then I claim it in insurance. In Insurance procees it took time of 3 to 4 days. After approved they repaired my handset in same day I am very very happy and satisfied with thier work their behaviour towards their customer. Thank you very much

I have my screen damage I visit their and gave them my handset to repair. They repaired my handset in 1hour I am very happy and satisfied thier work. They clean my speaker, mic and and they did thier best everything they checked and then they handover to us. Very good work by their eng and meanwhile handset is repairing they entertained us. Very fast service and office environment is also very welcoming and friendly. Happy with your service good work.

Very very good service my screen was damage so I visit shop and they told us about oppo care. I searched on Google and from their I got location address and number too. I called their just ask that my screen was available or not they arrange and told they have so I can visit their. Immediately i visit their and they repaired my handset in minimum time.
