I bought Oppo Reno 11from your outlet in Jamnagar Gujarat and after Three months started speaker issue and I visited Your Oppo outlet where I bought the phone and Your staff told me my phone has a software issue needs to be flash i insisted but they cheated and flashed my phone still my speaker not working and my everything is gone This is not fair and Now they are not ready to listen to me and talking rudely to me and This is not right and saying that parts are not available and they have no technical knowledge This is me today and they might have played the same game with other people as well please sort me out in thisTHANKS

I recently visited the Oppo storeI recently visited the Oppo store in Jamnagar to buy an adapter and a USB cable. Although the USB cable was not available, I was genuinely impressed by the service provided at the Oppo service station. The staff member informed me honestly that production of the cable had been discontinued.I also reached out to the Oppo team, who confirmed the same information. Despite not requesting a callback, the Oppo team contacted me three times to explain the situation and apologize for the inconvenience.I am pleased with the excellent customer service from both the Oppo team and the Jamnagar service station. Great job, Oppo! One request: if possible, please try to arrange the USB cable for me as it is needed the most. Please! My device is oppo f11

-5 rating i give you. They refused to apply screen gum which comes with non remove phone.Instead they tell me to buy full screen combo even my screen working fine. I suggest you all don't go to this service center. Oppo must have to remove this service center.
