A good service centre of OPPO. A little bit slow process but overall experience is better just like staffs are very humble to coordinate and environment is friendly. Also they don't charge their service fee for defence personnel. That's a good gesture.

Worst service experience. Denied warranty claim despite providing proof of purchase and serial number. Additionally, the service guy was rude. Clearly, the service guy needs training on how to handle customers.
