totally garbage service centre My experience here was very bad. The behaviour of the staff is very useless and they are not at all serious about the work. Don't come here, go somewhere else and get your work done at your nearby service centre.

I met *Miss Divya* here who gave me the right guidance and after that she asked me to meet Mr. Pushpendra who listened to my problem and also solved my problem, really the staff here is amazing, I give them 10 out of 10. I would like to thank the staff here for their good and wonderful work. The staff of Oppo service center (M2K Rohini Branch) is very polite, their communication skills are good and their nature is calm. Good service centre for me...My mobile phone volume button was not working and only 3-4 of warranty was left when they checked my mobile they found that because of some liquid that button stopped working.... mostly other service centres decline to repair that bcz of liquid we can't repair in warranty... but yha kuch aisa nhi hua...they told that hum kosis karte h agr part available hua to ..they will repair and bola ki aaap 1-2 hrs mei phone collect karlena...and they repaired my device without any charges sabse acchi baat unhone mere samne hi phone ko khola and check kia ...baaki jgh phon ko submit karte h or akele mei jakar chk krte h ..that is not good

I had a very bad experience with Oppo's service M2K ROHINI. It's been almost 4 months since I ordered an Oppo F11 phone folder, and now very funny they advised to get it fixed locally. The staff's behavior was extremely poor, which made the situation even worse.Due to this experience, I strongly recommend that no one buy an Oppo phone. If parts are not available at the service center and customers have to deal with unprofessional staff, it creates a very frustrating experience. Oppo needs to seriously improve its service and customer care.

The place is good, but there were two receptionists sitting in the service center whose soft skills were not right. She could not understand my problem, nor was she listening to the whole thing. But still you can go for it.
