The Oppo service center provided decent service, but there were some areas for improvement. While the staff was helpful, the repair process took longer than expected. My phone oppo K12x Under Warranty and repair by oppo service centre. but better communication about the repair status would have been appreciated. Overall, the service was okay, but there’s room for improvement.

Very bad experience, worst of all service centers I have ever visited. I visited for my Enco buds which having noise problem but, Staff checked it for an hour and said everything okay even I was agreed to check it's sound for whole day but they close my complaint. Very disgusting from oppo side.

Very bad experience especially Neha and Arun from the staff. Both don't know how to deal with the customers, I waited close to 2 hrs. These guys are passing my issues with each other. Later denied that they can't resolve my query after wasting 2 hrs by giving multiple excuses. Even I have provided all documents which are required to validate the product. I would like to report it's a fake service centre.Neha from staff - dont know about the policies of replacement. No discipline how to talk. Dont know how to validate the product after submiting screenshot of the purchase, invoice, box everything I have submitted.Whereas other services replaced my product in 15-20 mins. Worst experienceLaxminagar Fake service centre, poor service and customer dealing because of hiring such non profession/discipline staff like Neha.
