My phone is now working fine, and the issue seems to be resolved.However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The waiting area was quite crowded and not very comfortable. Additionally, the communication regarding the repair process and the cost could have been clearer. I felt that I had to ask multiple times to get the information I needed.Overall, while the service was satisfactory, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer experience and communication.
