I gave them my Honor 10 to replace the display. They called me on a phone call to inform me that there will be a little damage to the back cover's glass panel. I told it's ok if it's little. But when I received my smartphone the back cover's glass panel was completely destroyed from inside as well from outside which costs about 1700 rupees. Aaprt from that everything was fine.

Terrible terrible customer service regardless of the geographical location. They are fraud and very rude behaviour of staff. they cheat customer and never help customers for replacing their products if these products are still covered in warranty and entire gesture is so weird they even don't know to deal with the customer i would have given negative (- 5) * rate if there would be an option to rate these folks I will recommend Boat to take away their service centre from them....in fact the other service centre of Boat near Capri centre in Dehradun is very good...I got my unit replaced by Boat through them.
