Ltd.Dear Jeeves Team,I recently visited your service center at Shop No. B, Lower Ground Floor, Burlington Arcade, Vidhan Sabha Marg, Lucknow, for an issue with my Nothing earbuds case, where the battery was draining very quickly. I appreciate being able to contact you via WhatsApp, as indicated on your sign, which made scheduling convenient.However, I would like to provide some feedback. The service process took longer than expected, and I didn’t receive clear updates on the progress. While the staff were courteous, the resolution could have been explained in more detail.
