SIPL | boAt Service Centre Kanpur

These mi service center is fake and they provide fake bill as well.because I was go there to replace my poco f4 display they first try to submitted my phone for 3 days i refuse and after that when my display is available to replace I go there and replace my display they don't even tell me 1 major scratch in display and they over charged me also I say it's okay I can manage but after some time in the display green line came I go there and tell my problem and they don't take any responsibility of display even the display under the warranty period of 3 month they try to convince me it's your folt probably you drop the phone any where I try my best to tell if it's drop then any dent or scratch come on my phone but they don't find any of dent or scratch but still they say it's your mistake and don't fix the my problem & I don't want to make a issue on the service center but after I try my best but they not response and all of stuff go in private room not one available is front of me to talk these is by don't trust these service center and don't go like these small service center prefer to official service center they are only using name of mi, xiomi, poco but they are scammers use the nameAnd what kind of service they are provide when there on service center even the other brands user are also came some of came with a low class tws and some of cmf user I suggest don't go prefer the big & official service center because here they are even not turn of the fans very poor service center

I don't know about their mobile repair services but I recently visited their service center for replace my ASUS motherboardOn that day they said to me the servers of Asus are not working so submit your motherboard we will replace it after replacing we will contact you in WhatsAppAfter 5 to 7 days the contact me and my motherboard is replaced but I don't like the behaviour of staff those people would always enter the room and would not come out and the customer kept calling outside. And I also want to tell that this is not only service centre of Mi service centre also do service of boat Asus MSI techno etc

Overall experience is OK

They provide fake bill and do local work... I gave them my mobile for screen replacement and they replaced it with local screen.. It misbehaved within an hour.. The bill was also not genuine, they didn't even know the guarantee period even..The staff was very rude and misbehaved. We fought with them and took our money back but they replaced my mobile parst even secretly..

Don't waste your time on this service center. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Specially if you phone is under warranty. I have visited the Service center 3 times.1st Time. They did not accept the phone according to them there is no issue in the phone.2nd Time: Some how after lot of effort I was able to show the issue to them. So they have accepted the phone and just reset the device and returned the phone to me without resolving the issue. I have verified the phone IN front of them and shown the issue to them, then they have changed the data cable.3. First They were ready to accept phone, but after connecting to customer care and lot of argument somehow they were ready to accept the phone. first they said it will take 3 days then 3-7 days and after that 3-7 working days.

It was a good experience. Your work will be done as soon as possible. You can try for sure.Area of improvement: Front desk person should try to understand customer's need and urgency a bit more to improve their customer service.

Better place infrastructure wise...nd good service

I had really good experience on this service centre. I had an issue with my phone motherboard and software, it was solved within an hour.Initially i waited for half an hour and after that they asked my concern and took my phone for repairing.They replaced my motherboard within the given time bound.I must say that staff members are very polite and helpful.I recommend this service centre.
