Excellent service, this service centre and Faizan bhai are very good guys, I had a Motorola set, all the other service centres in Bareilly to asked for money but Faizan bhaiya got my phone replaced free by mailing it to Motorola company at his service centre free, such a good man, Faizan bhaiya and his service centre, Vision Electro System Reliance.

I went there to get my Nothing phone repaired and the owner was shockingly rude from the start. Instead of explaining the procedure clearly, he acted like he was doing me a favor just by talking. No proper communication, no transparency, and zero professionalism. I left the place more frustrated than when I arrived. Avoid this place unless you want to be disrespected and left in the dark about your own device. Total waste of time.

Worst user experience and even staff dont know technically things and dont have manner to talk to customers and after a geniune review they came to reply with a positivity so that people can think they are not that what review says but all and all nothing should change their service centre for customers satisfactory results
