Very shady service centre... They don't allow you to see what they are doing to your mobile. They seem to replace unnecessary parts and charge high amount. There was one customer who came complaining that one after the other new repair comes. They shout back at you just because you see what they are doing to your mobile. High chance they may steal your private data. MI should take cognizance of this and remove their authorization. Definitely not going to buy MI phone either.

Worst service experience in my entire history of life.servicing executive have no absolute care for customers and in our case he was so rude and out bursting with anger. Another person have been purposefully delaying our service by over a month giving reasons as such guys on holidays , server down , etc etc
