The boat service center is near to the railway station, nearly 2 mins of walking. After visiting the service center you have to first show the original invoice copy for validation and they will ask you to generate the token number. You will get a link to fill your details for further procedure. The token will display on the TV and they will call our your token. I hardly waited there for 15 minutes and they got my product repaired. They further guided me the entire process and informed me that it hardly took 7 to 10 days in case the product required replacement and I also don't need to visit the service center again to collect the replacement. It will get delivered to my address only. My overall experience was very good and satisfactory.Thanks to entire boat team.

One of the best service center ihave ever visited. It is located near the thane railway station at West side and it hardly takes 2 minutes to reach the place. The staffs are very friendly and they repaired my neckband within 10 minutes.

This boat service centre is near to Railway station, after visiting you have to first show the orginal invoice of the product after verification of product details, they ask to generate token number on that basis you will get tect MSG or you can scan the token QR and fill up the form,Now you can see the token number on this their TV Screen on that basis they they call out the token ID,If your product at repairable stage then they will repair with 15-20 minutes.ORIf your product at replacement stage then you have to required to submit your product to them and wait for 10-15 days For replacement,You will got your replace product at your home through courier.My overall experience was good staff is supportive, seating arrangement is also there.
