I had a bit of difficulty locating this place, as there were no clear boards or signage to guide me. The service center is located on the first floor, with the stairs next to Ramesh Jewellers. It wasn’t very visible from the outside, so if you’re coming for the first time, it might be a bit tricky.The service could definitely improve—there seems to be a lack of staff, and the place gets quite crowded, making it harder to get timely assistance. More employees would help in handling customers more efficiently.I’ve recorded a video of the walk from the entrance to the service center to help others find it more easily. Hopefully, that will make the location clearer for future visitors.

Very Quick service and assistance. If your product is repairable, they make you wait and repair and return you within a few minutes. If your product is not repairable , then they will Deliver the new at your door step within few days OR will inform to collect it from store. You just need to keep some patience at the store.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff did not check my device properly and hastily concluded that it was physically damaged due to dust in the charging port. I find it hard to believe that mere dust can be classified as physical damage.Moreover, the staff lacked professionalism and seemed inadequately trained to handle customer issues appropriately. I strongly urge you to provide better training to your employees.

"I experienced an issue where one side of my boAt Rockerz 235 Pro earphones stopped working. I visited the service center, and although I didn't have the original box, they verified the barcode and replaced the earphones. The service was good and satisfying.Note : customer care should require either the barcode or the original box for such repair/ replacements."
