Firstly no service time is mentioned and when we asked for alternative help they didn't do anything and said all the work can be done online from BOAT SITE (which we already did) and just for 10 minutes late they refused to help...also when i asked where can i upload review she started arguing and didn't even help for that and stated that just for BOAT why do they get such review... WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE BOAT!!!

This is by far the worst service experience I have ever had. Your service center is nothing but a headache, making customers run around like fools without solving the issue. I have never seen such unprofessional and careless staff who seem least interested in helping.If this is how Boat treats its customers, then it's clear that customer satisfaction means nothing to you. I will make sure to share this pathetic experience with others so they don’t fall for your false promises. Fix your service, or be ready to lose customers!
