I recently visited the Samsung Service Center to get my phone’s display replaced, and overall, it was a very good experience.The staff were polite and professional. As soon as I reported the issue, they diagnosed the problem and initiated the service without wasting any time. I was informed that the replacement would take around 2 hours, but it ended up taking a little over 2.5 hours, which was slightly disappointing. However, I appreciate that they did a thorough job and ensured everything was functioning properly before handing the device back.The quality of the work was excellent – my phone feels and looks brand new. The staff also explained the process well and handled everything efficiently. The service center was clean, and I was kept updated on the progress, which added to the overall positive experience.Why 4 stars instead of 5?Just because of the slight delay in the promised time. The staff are extremely unprofessional and arrogant. They have no respect for customers and lack basic courtesy. It seems like they don’t care about service at all. Rude behavior, poor communication, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction make this place a nightmare to deal with. Avoid at all costs

Takes too much time to get in touch with themI have taken an online appointment but that was useless. No one ever knew there was an option for online appointments. Even if it's not there when I asked about the same the receptionist told me to wait and after 1 hr when I enquired she told me to take a token. Totally spent 2 hrs.Even though all seats were occupied by customers they were not switching on the air conditioners. After informing they switched on two A/Cs and later switched off one on the backside. They switched on the one which is near to the staff.They informed me to return my phone on the same day. Later when I called on their provided number no one was answering and on the next day they completed the work. It took more time than from what they promised, also they haven't responded after giving the product and were not able to know any status. Overall it sucks
