Had a great experience with this Motorola service center in Ernakulam! After waiting two months at another service center with no progress, I brought my phone here for a display issue. I visited the Moto authorized service center (Poovath International), but unfortunately, the experience was unsatisfactory. My mobile complaint is that after a system update, several lines appeared on the display. The service personnel did not properly examine my device. Despite my repeated requests to inspect the phone (which I also showed them), they did not consider it.My phone's warranty expired just over a month ago. They dismissed the issue as unrelated to the software and immediately quoted a display replacement cost of approximately ₹7,000.On the same occasion, my friend had a similar issue with their VIVO phone, which was also out of warranty. However, VIVO replaced the part free of cost. Motorola, on the other hand, is not offering such service.I clearly explained that I only wanted the phone to be thoroughly examined before concluding the cause of the issue. However, they refused to investigate further.

They said they replaced the Tab with new display and returned it. It's still not working. They gave the tab just as it was. Pathetic and disspointed, especially since I stay more than 100 kms away from the shop. Now I have to take it again all the way to the shop. Pls don't buy Lenovo products and avoid this shop

Service center for most of the leading mobile brands and accessories.Overall good experience, only thing they can use token system for the visitors. Now it's all haphazard who ever standing near the counter gets served.

I have given my moto phone for replacing battery and Some cheating people runs this shop … giving the bill in paper and they add GST on paper bill and force me to pay that .. I was asking the person to give me the invoice he was reluctant to give me the invoice with tax details…Cheating people without any hesitations … people who are going there should ask for detailed bill from them or else they will take more money from you by giving a simple paper printed with there office name …
