Extremely worst experience at all.I have issue with my boat sound bar, customer care from boat suggest me to that you have to contact the service centre near by you.After that I call them (Vadodara boat service centre). they are trying to avoiding by saying that we are not answerable for the online buying products specially sound bar, we are here for ear burds.After 2 days, I call them again for the earbuds product problem, still the answer is same that we are not answerable for the particular earbuds defect.please don't believe them. They are not resolving the issue.

Very bad experience,i submitted my msi z 490 a motherboard for service in warranty,, after receiving my motherboard back but problem remains as it is,, worst service center ....... you better go to another infotech or repair shop,,,,, it's better pay money and get your product as soon as possible rather than waste your time in this type of (virtual infotech) service center

Very rude behaviour of staff. Even so called owner also not supported. Ladies staff talking with each other. I waited for half an hour even there is no customer before me. They are refused to provide any service to the brand Noise, even didn't guide me where to get solution of it. This address shows as the service centre in Noise brands website as AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE (Means bound to give all kind of service to the brand's products) DONT GO ND SAFE YOURSELF.

Good service Providers, and cooperative & responsive staff. I personally was a only disappointed by the time they took for my Corsair product replacement, it took nearly a month by claiming the time of 12-15 days. Everything else was good.

The staff is Very rude and Very poor in Communication...I had Given watch + charging cable+box to service ,,,,after 10 days when i reached to collect.. It's been 33 days when I gave my dead SSD for replacement and I haven't received no communication whatsoever from their side about when I will get my SSD back.My computer sits dead in corner of my room and shouts unusable.If I could give zero stars I would. To them and to Adata both.At this point I might as well learn to solder SSDs and repair my SSD after getting it back from them for a faster resolution.
