The worst service center I have ever been to. I promise to God I will never buy Boat products again, and I will make sure everyone I know avoids them too. This place is a nightmare! They make us wait 4-5 hours just to get their faulty products fixed. To anyone reading this, avoid Boat products at all costs.The watchman here is a joke(Marked with orange arrow).He hands out unofficial tokens by scribbling numbers on scraps of paper, then calls out groups of ten after hours on an end. Once your number is called, you have to get an official token from the machine. What kind of absurdity is this? There are two ACs inside, and neither of them work properly. There is no seating space for all customers; and that is why most of us are standing. Even the water cooler fails to provide cold water. It's like they go out of their way to make the experience as miserable as possible.This is, without a doubt, the worst godforsaken service center in the universe, Even though I haven't been to every service center out there, I can say this with absolute certainty. They act as if this is the only service center in the world. Even if it is the only one in the area, they should have a bigger office, more seats, and a proper ventilation and air conditioning system.This Mayday Boat service center and Boat products are both the worst. If Boat thinks such a service center is acceptable, they are out of their minds. They treat us customers like slaves, even though their entire company survives on our hard-earned money. Boycott Boat!
